This company (Brad) came out to look at my broken hot water heat (3 years old, purchased and installed by AMY). They told me that the gas valve needed to be replaced and was not under warranty, that only the tank itself was, and that it would be several days to get the valve because it had to be ordered (we were already out of hot water for 3 days). I showed Brad our warranty paperwork and he said that the paper did not go with our current tank! Lie! They wanted $449 to replace the valve.
