Like many of the other complaints my loan was passed from Citifinancial Auto to Santander and immediately there were problems. For 40 something payments with Citifi Auto no problems, then these unprofessional people get it and immediately i have problems and extra fees. First they were taking two payments out of my account then one month they took three, I stopped having money in the account and started using another and havent paid them for two months.
