I bought magic jack 10/5/2010 and hoped to use it for my new website business so I got my site up in 1/2011 and discovered that while talking to customers and trying to view my web site and scroll to find products to add to their order the phone conversation breaks up so bad that you can't talk. I contacted jack and they did try some things to help fix it but nothing worked so I said how about a refund they said it was over 30 days and they could not.
