I personally the F.T.C is a BIGGER rip off than DELL..I contacted the FTC. two yrs ago complaining the DELL was sending people REBUILT computers instead of new ones. Also that DELL wasnt honoring their so called IN HOME WARRATY.. Dell sent me a REBUILT computer instaed of a new one. It even had the mans name in the computer in one of those sites i went to. after i fought with dells so called IDIOT supervisor, i was sent a new computer.
