Definitely not a case of third time lucky. Have been to Bambanani twice before, both times vowing never to go back, even though there's a wonderful play area for the children. Sitting around being ignored by staff just doesn't justify the fun the kids may have. Went there for the third time today, were happy to sit out in the cold, but after an hour, and despite having to get up and go inside twice to ask if there was any forward movement on our order, we decided it was just a bit much and told them we're going.
