I ordered $19.99 flowers for Valentine's Day for my wife. They added shipping of $14.99 and $9.99. As of the time of this writing, the flowers still have not arrived!!! I called and was told that the shipping was guaranteed delivery for end of day today. I was told that the shipping was $14.99 and today's delivery was $9.99. That's not what the website said.
