I wish I had checked the complaint board before I called Enjoy Better TV. I too have not received the $50 Visa Gift Card I was promised. The Dish technician told me this was a bogus charge that I was getting the rebate for. I called enjoy better tv back but they assured me it was a legitamate charge and I would definitely get the Visa Card. I should have had an email by now telling me how to go about getting the card but it has never come.
