I had 7 unauthorized charges from Easy Saver and after reading other complaints related to Proflowers.com I called and asked to speak to a manager right off. When I spoke to this manager, he was very helpful and said all my money would be refunded. I have only just called a few minutes ago, but am hopeful this issue will be resolved. read full review »
