I am a very cool calm and collected person, but Milanoo has just taken me out of character! I am livid. My wedding is right around the corner and I gave explicit instruction of the style of dress as well as the color I wanted. When I received my dresses they were the wrong color. I requested lilac and the dresses I received were hot pink!!! They instructed me to take a picture of the item and send to their dispute department. 4 weeks later, I got an email from them saying they did nothing wrong and that I would not be reimbursed my $300!!!... read full review »
