I ordered an item and paid for express shipping. After 1 week of not having received my merchandise, I emailed a message asking where my merchandise was. No response. Then I phone this company numerous times and left messages - still no response. Its now been 2 weeks - no merchandise and no return messages or calls. Of course, my credit card charge went through though. I would never order from this company again. read full review »
