I am so unhappy with dtv. I just had a tv hooked up for my disabled son and the receiver doesn't work correctly. It records shows not for a child and keeps going to a channel I had never seen before (activate). I am paying for something that we are not getting and have spoken to 3 people and been on the phone for hours! This is ridiculous and I have been a customer since direct tv started (when on a trip and with a son housewatching, he switched it to dish). I should never have switched it back to direct tv.
