I signed up for a member ship on Zoosk. Ended up meeting someone and decided to cancel my membership. I followed the instructions, but was not allowed past the survey part and actually cancelling the membership. I tried to call their office in Californina. All you get is a recording that they cannot service customer calls and to email them. On their help questions, they specifically state that they cannot guarantee they can reply to your email.
