Have renewed service twice and Majic jack billed one dollar to credit card both times, have tried customer service, unable to correct. They shut off service but I am unable to renew. They have credit card info, signed up for auto renewal but unable to get renewed. Why would they charge one dollar to my credit card? I since have found they are getting cute with renewals, they block one (1)year renewals and force you to renew for five(5) years.
