Bought magicjack several months ago. Worked Ok for a few months, then started having problems daily. Dropped calls or too much static to carry on a conversation. Bought a new phone to make sure it was not the prob. Calls come in and party on the line cannot hear you when you answer. Just stops working regularly. Spend more time trying to get it to work than I do using it. Customer service is non existant. Don't even bother trying to contact them. And I paid for 5 more years.
