Awful, awful, awful. Please don't be fooled by their marketing spin and be assured that all of their customer testimonials are false, as per the other reveiw on here, the exact same customer testimonials are used on a different website. After paying a whopping £70 shipping for the boots I ordered, when they arrived in the UK I was asked by Royal Mail to pay another £190 import duty, making them the most expensive UGGs ever.
