Upon noticing unauthorized charges for services I neither request nor received "14.95 for Info Techno MthlyFee" on my VERIZON home phone bill for November 23 and Dec 25, I contacted Verizon on February 16 at 1-800-837-4966 but was told that they have no control over refunding services on 'that portion of the bill' which is controlled by a third party vendor.
