After being a customer for over four years and putting up with the lies and crappy service, I gave up and they still tried to charge me for another month. I had a pro plan. My speeds were anywhere from 400-800 up and 20-80 down at a cost of $73.69 per month. I invested in a MBR1000 cradle point router, a verizon air card, as it is the only service that works back here in the woods, and my speeds are now 1348/346. Awesome.
