Signed for $1.00 trial offer in August 2010. Services were not what they advertised so I cancelled. I reviewed the debit card I had used and found they had charged my card each month since for $19.95. I had done away with the paperwork from when I initially cancelled. Called the company and spoke to a rep. named mar+++++ and was told they had no record of my cancellation and I needed a cancellation number.
