I purchased a living room set on January 30, 2011. The salesman Jack told me that the chair was not in the store but it would be in by that Thursday. Called them and they told us that it was delayed due to the snow storm but would be in by the next Thursday. It was not in the next Thursday so called them back and was told that they had to get it from Jacksonville so it would be in by that Wednesday or they would give us a refund.
