There have been several times with one prescription that requires my doctor's authorization that they have said they faxed it into the doctor. I never received a call from CVS Pharmacy letting me know that the doctor did not send the authorization back so I assumed he did not want me on the prescription. I requested this refill in December of 2010 so in February 2011 I contacted my doctor's office about the prescription and they had faxed the authorization back to CVS Pharmacy on January 13th; however, I was never notified.
