As a long time customer of Direct TV I asked for a little help on setting up my dish in FL. All I got was the run around about because my account was in CT they could not put in a call for a tech to come to my condo in FL because the computer could not do that. If I told them I was going to move they would set it up run new cable all at no charge. If I was going to be a new customer they would give me everything free.
