We got a Dish Network package early 2009 as offered by our phone company. It was all paid on the same bill. In early 2010, after being unemployed for 6 months, we finally found a job in Alaska. We had to cancel our service and since it was not offered up in Alaska, they said they would be able to wave the fee with active duty military orders.
