I bought a $30 Tmobile prepaid refill card at Best Buy to use when activating a Tmobile cell phone I had bought before. In the activation process, the agent expressed a desire to ask a few questions in order to make sure that I got the plan that was best for me, which is to say, he was under heavy pressure to sell me a monthly plan that was most profitable for the company.
