I'm beginning to think that UPS should only be open during the summer...Been waiting for a package for two weeks now. Everyday the tracking states "adverse weather conditions" or "Emergency." This is ridiculous!!! USPS has delivered things for me along the same route in 203 days, and for less. I am fed up with the boys in brown, and will NOT ever be using them again. If they are having this much trouble with the weather conditions, they need to purchase some four wheel drive vehicles or some little box trucks like USPS. SORRIEST SERVICE EVER!
