On 1-19-2011 an order was placed in the amount of $112.95. It was our 6th order placed with the company beginning in July of 2010. As of this date, 2-22-2011 no order has been received, no refund has been made for our latest order. We placed a cancellation on Feb.14th, contact was made with Chaz Hall '[email protected]' who you reach by calling 1-866-467-6444 then pressing the option to place an order.
