I would like to make a formal complaint regarding a package that I needed to be delivered today. This item is perishable. I have been at home all morning. My children and I sit down for lunch at 11 am most days. Today was one of those days. So you can imagine our surprise when I was about to do dishes when I noticed the card from UPS. It stated the driver attempted to deliver at 11:08. We never heard a thing. Neither did our dog, who hears everything. I phoned customer services who then passed my details to the depot.
