I had bought the most beautiul christmas gift or a family member and decided to rely on UPS to have it delivered next day "guarenteed". I rang up to order directly with a human being instead of on the webiste. The girl I spoke to was difficult to understand and I had to repeat myself constantly. When I asked if my delivery was "guarenteed" to be delivered on Christmas Eve, I was told - in broken english - that the deliveries were getting through without delay in my area (there had been some snow 5 days earlier).
