The Shedule delivery did not take place seemingly because of adverse weather however their Depot is only 3.5 miles from my house and all the roads have been cleared. I have not been advised of a revised delivery date. Their customer service is extremely poor and frustrating. I have lost confidence in their ability to deliver within the agreed times and will never use this service again or buy products from suppliers who use them as a courier. read full review »
