Aboslutely Shocking customer Service. Have been on hold for the past hour and a half and before that was on hold all of yesterday afternoon, the staff are unhelpful and just push you from one department to the other. I ordered 7 packages to be delivered to a UK address, 6 of them turned up when they should have and one for some reason went to Brussels. Eventually, when i got through to deliveries i was told that the package had been diverted and now would be at its destination within 24 hours. Not even one apology.
