The worst part about their service is the lack of communication. Through tracking I was told my package was on a van ready to be delivered two days in a row and it never turned up. I got an email at 5:30pm saying it wasn't being delivered due to hazardous weather conditions even though I drive past their depot on my way home and all rival companies eg DHL, FedEx are delivering literally 4 doors down. They have no option for a delivery slot so you have to take a whole day from 9-7pm off to receive the package and in my case... read full review »
