Magic Jack tech support is difficult to reach and unhelpful, even stupid, when contacted on chat. The damn thing makes our Windows 7 unstable & crashes at bootup. It boots OK when the MJ is unplugged. The FAQs stop at Windows XP and Vista. The MJ works, but don't count on any effective supoprt. read full review »
