Based on its fancy advertising for helping people in renovation needs and fast service, I had high expectations when I first embarked in my home improvement project. I have called day after day, only getting their promises of 'delivery by tomorrow'; but tomorrow came and went and still no delivery. It started when they delivered the wrong part on November 21.
