I have been fighting with this company since February of 2010. Although there isn't a lot I can do if I want to use the internet with anything other than dial-up. However, today was the straw that brought me to tears. A HughesNet employee took it upon himself to change my monthly plan online. The employee changed the wrong account, now my husband's business is struck with 125 less MBs of download/upload a day, but is paying the same money. This same thing happened to my account recently.
