It seem as thought the on going ads for the product do no speak of any Toll free number for the complaint dept. The dam thing just stopped working After several 1/2 hr chats on line with the so called support staff to no avail no one can fix the problem with my unit. To date I have purchased 2 (two) of the units after several months of use they just stop working all of the inforamtion (contacst)get lost when you buy a new one. This is a Bernie Maddoff sacm of the new decade I think it is time The F. C. C. gets in on the Nation wide ripoff of people. read full review »
