I had work done by him because he was on the home warranty vendor list. I was convinced by him to escalate the problem to the insurance company and he made sure his quote met the insurance estimates. His work took months, it was shoddy and cheap, and he found additional "problems" that he hoped I would continue to pursue with the insurance company.
