We purchase a mattress and box spring (Sealy Posturepedic) from Carls. It has a 10 year warrantee. When the mattress sagged badly, we called Carls. They sent an inspector who confirmed it was sagging more than 1 1/2 inches. I submitted all the requested documentation -- including law tags and original invoices. Now the company says that I can't prove the law tags were actually from the defective mattress.
