I own a 3 year old upright Kenmore Freezer purchased from Sears. On Wednesday morning I found the contents starting to thaw out. I called Sears for service and was told that they could get someone out on Friday between 1 and 5 PM. I borrowed large camper coolers and removed my things from the freezer to try and keep them frozen until Friday. Friday at 4 PM I get a call saying that I should reschedule the appointment.
