Last year (2010) ACS Education started servicing one of my student loans. I had been granted an Income Based Repayment plan for every student loan I had withstanding for a full year. When IBR plan renewal time came I sent each and every loan holder a new IBR application along with the required documents. ACS Education never contacted me for about one month while the other loan holders (AES and Great Lakes) granted me a new IBR plan for a full year in less than one month.
