If you don't care to wait a really long time for your product than shop here. If you don't want to be able to get in contact with customer service for any reason than shop here. Other than that... they are great. I waited weeks for a product the first time and the second I had to request a refund through paypal. Until they get their act together stay away. There are better places to buy beauty supplies. I shop at folica.com and if anything is out of stock amazon.com or drugstore.com.. Folica is amazing tho. read full review »
