I ordered a new camera and was sent a refurbished one. I had printed out my online transaction from start to finish, so I knew that nowhere did it say refurbished at the time of my purchase. After many frustrating calls to overstock.com and after speaking to several representatives, did a supervisor finally tell me I would get a full refund, free shipping and would not be charged restocking fees.
