I make an appointment over the phone through an automated service when my dryer stopped heating up. Then I had to call back the next day to make sure they could also service my fridge that the ice maker stopped working on. This time I spoke to someone on the phone. I specifically asked if I would be paying a service charge on both appliances and having 2 appointments.
