I have been a customer of Time Warner Cable for 15 years. They seem to think they are the only show in town. I am currently looking for a new cable/internet service provider due to the overwhelming lack of customer support provided by Time Warner. I'd been successfully paying my cable bill through an online bill pay service for several years.
