only had netbook since december 2010, son had accident with water. they phoned me back saying water damage warrenty did not cover this. its only 3 months old !! they wanted me to pay £199 for a new hard drive and keyboard. the hard drive is fine it works it loads !! just needs new keyboard. i refused to pay and it was sent back. my 18 yr old son re installed windows and on screen keyboard it works fine.
