I tried to log into my account several times (5) without success. I rechecked my username and password, and even checked "forgot my password" to get a reply via email. They informed me that my username and password were the same ones I had tried earlier...I returned to their site, and tried again...Try # 6 with MY CORRECT username and password, and I STILL COULD NOT log into MY account, for which I am being charged. read full review »
