I have been trying to get into my KU profile for days now, I work a swing shift so I stay up late at night so I can sleep with my husband when he gets off his graveyard shift. So I am not awake in the mornings and then I wake up to go to work so by the time I can call to Kaplan University call center no one is there. Where is the support there?
