I bought a book, realized it was the wrong version, and returned it the next day. The cashier apparently did not process the refund correctly back onto my bank card, and now 3 weeks later, still no refund (and it was in excess of $50 they owe back to me). I have called every week, as customer service said to do, and they still know NOTHING! It's as if I gave them the book back and said "keep my money". If it isn't resolved soon, I will be taking this to my attorney. This is unacceptable. Maybe talking to the press a little bit as well would get Barnes and Noble to improve and overhaul their business practices! read full review »
