I cancelled my order within 2 minutes of making it, via telephone, I was told this would be cancelled, a week later I received a notice stating it could not be cancelled and my account was charged 3.97 twice. I called again and told them I do not want this product and I received it anyway a week later. Then I called again and was told to put an authorization number on the outside of the package and return it. I did that and was charged 2 weeks later 79.90.
