I cancelled my AOL connection in May, right after my mother passed away in order to cut back on unnecessary spending. But AOL is billing me for June & July and harassing me over the phone. They claim they have no record of my call. There was no usage during June & July, but the "outsourced" individuals who I have spoken to have either issues understanding English or they are poorly trained in making an assessment of lack of connectivity usage & phone call retrieval. I would not recommend AOL due to poor customer service and inability for conflict resolution. read full review »
