I purchased a Kenmore washer from Sears. Already the motor has blown after 10 normal loads of laundry. Instead of fixing it upon arrival, I am told the switch on the inside was put in wrong. The only thing I can do is wait two weeks to have it replaced. Two weeks!!! With 3 children that is a nightmare. In this world of overnight delivery why can't I get the parts quicker? For my inconvenience I get $10 in coupons. So I can spend more money at Sears thanks Sears? I won't be back!!! read full review »
