It is Sear Kenmore 2004 model 41744042400. The first episode the door would not lock. In the second episode, the pump burned out due to debris (apparently there is no filter) which caused the circuit board to go out). The cost of repairs so far is $700 and have exceeded the cost of the machine. But after sinking the initial $249 on the first repair, it was cheaper to get it repaired again @ $349. This time I bought the extended warranty so I at least will not have to spend any more money. I am unimpressed with the quality of a $649 appliance that will not last more than 2 years.
